A plan to plan to plan
On Feb. 4, The Downtowner attended a presentation for the "Capital District Master Plan" at City Hall, which one cynic described as "a plan to plan to plan." Read Times of Trenton staff reporter Albert Raboteau's article.
Now, we may not be urban planning experts, but we didn't hear Camiros, the consulting company, provide a lot of detail on plans they have done that have been successfully implemented. They sure do plan a lot, though, we'll give 'em that.

YES! network not wasting their time and money after all
National high-school basketball sensation and future NBA #1 pick LeBron James is coming to Trenton to play in the Prime Time Shootout after all. Because no one can get enough of LeBron, the Cleveland Plain Dealer features a LeBron James Web page as well as a forum.
More info on the Prime Time Shootout, an exhibition of 25 high-school teams taking place Feb. 7-9 at the Sovereign Bank Arena, can be found here. The YES! Network, owned by George Steinbrenner, will be televising the game between James's St.Vincent-St. Mary High School (Akron, Ohio) and Westchester High (Los Angeles).
